What Will You Be Doing
The Trades & Labour Senior or Managing Recruitment Consultant will have full control of developing new and established business throughout the UK. You will be required to grow and develop the number of temp workers placed on site by the way of networking, cold calling & site visits, along with regular advertising to attract new candidates using various means such as job boards, job centres, websites and social media. As an experienced consultant you will be given the opportunity to add to your team and grow the business accordingly in line with the companies strategic growth plans. You will also be required to update the company database, ensuring all candidates are monitored & maintained in accordance with all governing bodies.
The Right Candidate For Us
As a Recruiter you must be experienced in winning at all levels, you will be professional, self motivated, punctual, ambitious and able to build strong, long lasting relationships. To be considered for this role you must have previous experience of sales within a construction recruitment environment. This is a fast paced and challenging role that requires a someone who’s not afraid to put the effort in. In return my client offers a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop with the business.
What’s On Offer
The Trades & Labour Senior or Managing Recruitment Consultant will be rewarded with a basic salary of £26,000 – £38,000 depending on previous experience, with a realistic earnings potential of £45,000+ in your first year, although this could be much more depending on your drive and determination to succeed.
