Someone who has experience from within the Construction & Property Sectors of Recruitment or previous experience working in a similar sector to take over the day to day running of an already established desk which currently generates in excess of £140k+ per year. What Will You Be Doing
As an experienced Billing Recruiter you will have full control of developing new and established business throughout the UK while helping to developing a small team around you. You will be focusing on growing the desk, division/s and teams around you with new and existing clients by the way of networking, business development & client visits, along with regular advertising to attract new candidates using various means such as job boards, job centres, websites and social media. As an experienced recruiter you will understand a large proportion of the role requires regular candidate interviewing and screening to determine if candidates are suitable. You will also ensure the company database along with candidate and client records are kept up to date while offering a fully legal and compliant service in line with company policies and procedures.
The Right Candidate For Us
As a Recruiter you must be experienced in winning at all levels, you will be professional, self motivated, punctual, ambitious and able to build strong, long lasting relationships. To be considered for this role you must have previous & proven experience of working to budget and developing your own business within a Recruitment Agency set, you will ideally be a Senior or Principal Consultant in your current position and preferably have experience of developing others within your team although applications from experienced recruiters wanting to develop further will also be considered. A must is knowledge of construction and property recruitment, ideally within Fit Out, M&E, New Build Housing, Main Contractors, Architecture & Design or Structural / Civil Engineering (applications from other specialist sectors will be considered) This is a fast paced and challenging role that requires a someone who’s not afraid to put the effort in.
