The Recruitment Consultant will have full control of developing new and established business throughout the North West and the surrounding areas. You will be focusing on business development with new and existing clients (50/50 split) by the way of networking, cold calling & client visits, along with regular advertising to attract new candidates using various means such as job boards, job centres, websites and social media. A large proportion of the role requires regular candidate interviewing and screening to determine if candidates are suitable. You will ensure the company database along with candidate and client records are kept up to date while offering a fully legal and compliant service in line with company policies and procedures.
As a Recruiter, you must be experienced in winning at all levels, you will be professional, self-motivated, punctual, ambitious and able to build strong, long lasting relationships. The successful candidate MUST have previous Recruitment experience of at least 1 year in a billing capacity or as an experienced Recruitment Resourcer, looking to advance their career further. My client is happy to look at consultants who have experienced either temporary or permanent recruitment within different sectors.
